5. Britney Spears And Justin Timberlake

There wasn’t a couple bigger than Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears back in the 90’s.

Sure, they were basically teenagers but this pop sensation couple made headlines with every little thing they did.

Let’s face it – could you ever imagine any other couple in matching denim outfits and bleached hair?

Although these international superstars are still among the biggest names in the world of entertainment, they are definitely not huge drama magnets as they used to be. Even Britney grew up, yes.

They are both great parents and family is the most important thing to them, but once they both thought they couldn’t live without each other. JT and Brit broke up in 2002, shortly after rumors surfaced that the “Oops, I did it again” singer cheated on Timberlake with choreographer Wade Robinson. Oops, indeed.

Both pop megastars released tracks that were obviously about the other one – JT’s “Cry Me A River” video featured a Spears doppelganger who is spied on by her boyfriend as she cheats on him, and Spears “Toxic” video shown Britney as a femme fatale on a mission to poison her cheating boyfriend. The whole thing fed media sourced for months and months.
