10) The Crazy B-Baller: Dennis Rodman

Rodman, 53, loves the limelight and — for the most part — he doesn’t care what he has to do to bask in it. Over the years, the former basketball player, also known as The Worm, has dyed his hair just about every color in the rainbow, inked and pierced much of his 6′ 7″ body and dressed in drag. And in 2014, the former Chicago Bulls player even palled around with the much-reviled North Korean dictator, Kim Jong-Un.

Rodman’s behavior is often so outrageous that it’s hard to tell whether he is actually sane or crazy. For example, in 1996, he head-butted a referee during a game and in another game in 1997, he kicked a photographer. Both of those actions seemed pretty crazy. But then other times, Rodman’s moves are more calculated. Like the time he declared he was bisexual, donned a wedding gown and married himself. Why? To get publicity for a book he was selling. So, again, crazy for real or just plain crazy?
