When she spotted Mahoney at a Los Angeles flower shop, Cross left him her number at the counter.

The stockbroker married the Desperate Housewife on June 24, 2006 at San Gabriel’s Church of Our Savior Episcopal Parish, Pasadena.

She wore a custom Reem Acra gown with platinum and diamond jewelry and a cathedral-length veil. Rather than toss the bouquet, it was gifted to the attending couple who had been married the longest (over fifty years!).

They have since started a family. Highly publicized in vitro treatments gifted the couple with two baby girls – Eden and Savannah.

Despite grueling treatments for his January 2009 Cancer (a prognosis that left family and friends wondering if he would pull through or not), Mahoney seems to be in good health these days.

The couple has been spotted having fun with their girls out and about in Los Angeles.
