In 1998, Sklar and Seinfeld met at Reebok Sports Club, sweating it out alongside each other.

Sklar was a PR executive for the clothing company Tommy Hilfiger and about to get married to Eric Nederlander, son of New York theatre tycoon Robert Nederlander.

When she returned from her honeymoon with Nederlander, she began seeing Seinfeld and filed for divorce only four months into her marriage.

One year later (November of 1998), Seinfeld popped the questioned at Balthazar, a downtown Manhattan bistro. Second time seems to have been the charm; these two were married on December 26, 1999.

The couple have three children: Sascha, Julian Kal, and Shepherd Kellen. Seinfeld claims that Jessica and the kids are a life-saving force for him, and keep him from going crazy or “blowing his brains out”.
