Many were expecting her to fade into memory and always be seen as Hermione Granger, much like Carrie Fisher who played Princess Leia on Star Wars.

However Emma had different plans and she already has made a completely separate name for herself outside of the series as a fashion forward bombshell with mad acting skills.
