57-year-old comedian and writer Stephen Fry recently married his 27-year-old boyfriend, Elliott Spencer.

The age difference is pretty huge and it looks plain odd since it’s “in your face” obvious, but the couple doesn’t seem to mind and they are very much in love and happy.

Fry shared pictures of their happy day on his social media accounts.

The news of their engagement (and marriage) shocked a lot of people in Britain, and it’s probably the first time that people have been more shocked because of an age difference than because of a same sex marriage. As it should be, right?
