After some time, after winning several awards and becoming a teen idol, Kirk found religion and started creating movies about faith and family.

A re-born Christian, Kirk Cameron waited on sex until he married his wife (fellow Growing Pains actress) Chelsea Noble at age 20. He is now a “true evangelical Christian,” and causes a lot of controversy due to his extreme belief system.
