The two were wed way back in 1982 during the height of his career in metal. For many years the marriage went through issues with drug and alcohol abuse, domestic violence and rehab stays.

It wasn’t until the late 90’s/early 200’s that their relationship finally settled down and the two realized how much they’d been through together and how much they really loved and cared for each other.
