Hollywood darling Goldie Hawn and heavy-hitting actor Kurt Russell met while on the set of “The One and Only, Genuine, Original Family Band” in 1968.

It was fifteen years later that they reconnected while on the set of 1983’s “Swing Shift.”

They developed a strong mutual attraction to one another and soon moved in together.

Hawn gave birth to their son Wyatt in 1986, increasing their family size to six, including Hawn’s children Kate and Oliver from her marriage to Bill Hudson and Russell’s son Boston from his first marriage.

A year after Wyatt was born, she and Russell co-starred in the comedy “Overboard,” cementing their status as a Hollywood power couple.

Although they never married, Hawn and Russell’s relationship is stronger than ever after 31 years together. In fact, Hawn cites the fact that their relationship benefits from the fact that they never married. In an interview with “People,” Hawn said, “There’s something about marriage I don’t like.
