12) Some mistakes are worse than others

Comedians Roseanne Barr and Tom Arnold wed back in 1990. In 1994 the couple divorced. It is not atypical for Hollywood couples to have such a short marriage. What was strange was the lack of a prenup Newsday tells us that an attorney who suggested that Roseanne would be smart to create one was quickly and summarily fired, since the couple was so much in love.

This lack of foresight ultimately turned into one expensive mistake which Barr could not fix. Arnold’s mistake of tattooing his ex’s face on his chest was not so permanent. He used some of the $50 million the courts forced Barr to hand over to remove the tattoo of her from his chest.

Interestingly, the drama between the two still continues – in July 2013, Roseanne Tweeted about taking a bunch of old unwanted stuff to Goodwill like garage door openers, phone chargers and wedding videos. Tom responded that he wished he could have a chance to check out the movies beforehand especially since his kids were in them. The back-and-forth went on awhile longer and ended up with both wishing each other well.
