F1 Driver Lewis Hamilton’s Tweet Humiliates Nicole Scherzinger

Meow. Did British Formula One superstar driver Lewis Hamilton really need to tweet this to the world: “Hey all, need to talk about these rumours. I thought I should let you guys know that I haven’t proposed to Nicole.” The Nicole he is referring to is, of course, stunning Nicole Scherzinger, his on-again, off-again girlfriend since 2008. If the 29-year-old British race car driver was looking to finally end his relationship with the sexy singer, he has probably found the way.

Because Scherzinger, the sexy “X Factor” judge and former Pussycat Dolls lead singer was apparently more than a little miffed — and can you blame her? — by Hamilton’s public diss. Sources say that this denial blasted out on social media was the final straw for Scherzinger, especially since rumor has it that she had been seeking a commitment from Hamilton for awhile. Then to top it all off, the 2008 F1 champion also denied the supposed engagement to The Sun, as well.

From the looks of things, Hamilton is a man who is not sure of what he wants. After he and Scherzinger called it quits in July 2013 — supposedly because of the F1 driver’s refusal to commit — Hamilton appeared devastated, even tweeting such sentiments as, “If you’ve found that special someone, don’t ever EVER let them go no matter what!! Nothing in this world is more important.” He even dedicated one of his Formula 1 wins to Scherzinger.

By the end of 2013, the two appeared to have found their way back into each other’s arms. In fact, just a few weeks ago, Lewis posted a picture of the two in the Sistine Chapel on Instagram, even referring to Scherzinger as his “wifey” in the comments. But it was a shortlived reunion because apparently, Hamilton isn’t one to follow his own advice. Sources say that Scherzinger feels humiliated and furious and is finally ready to end the rocky relationship for good.
