Big Sean and Naya Rivera Wedding Is OFF! Find out Why!

Here we go! There will be no “oh-so-civilized” conscious uncoupling for Naya Rivera and Big Sean. Nope, these guys are going for the old-fashioned knock-down, drag-out nasty breakup — complete with ugly accusations and harsh Twitter snipes.

Ironically, Rivera, who plays sexy Santana Lopez on Glee, and rapper Big Sean first met via Twitter, trading messages back and forth before finally meeting in person. In October 2013, just six months after that first meeting, Big Sean, 26, presented Rivera, 27, with an impressive sparkler, and the two were supposed to be heading down the aisle to the altar. But not anymore.

Big Sean’s rep released a statement on April 9 that read, in part, “After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off. The recent rumors and accusations reported by so-called or fake sources are simply untrue.” Those rumors include a tabloid magazine report that claimed Big Sean had been cheating on the stunning starlet.

In addition, friends in Sean’s camp have claimed that Rivera is controlling, jealous, violent and that she had even broken an expensive lamp in a furious tizzy about another woman. In her defense, Team Naya says that Big Sean admitted to Rivera that he had cheated on her. According to TMZ, Big Sean and Rivera had been going to couples counseling prior to their split. But apparently that didn’t work out the way they had hoped.

Obviously unhappy with the way Big Sean has handled the breakup, Rivera tweeted, “@bigsean stealing rolexes from a lady’s house now. Maybe cuz I’m on Glee and making more money or something #triflin.” Rivera later deleted the tweet. As for that supposedly stolen Rolex — sources close to the Detroit rapper say that it actually belonged to Big Sean — real name Sean Anderson — in the first place.
