It’s a Boy! Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis Welcome Otis

Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis are giddy first-time parents! The stunning “In Time” actress gave birth to baby Otis Alexander Sudeikis on Sunday, April 20th, according to her representative. She made news of the birth public through posting a message via her Twitter account. She added a black-and-white picture to the posting, too — one that showed her smiling with her cheek up against her newborn’s little head.

Baby Otis arrived just a bit earlier than anticipated. His due date was estimated to be May 4th. He, however, came into the world close to two weeks earlier than that — a delightful surprise for both of his adoring parents.

Wilde had a jovial and lighthearted attitude during her pregnancy. In January, she compared her physical appearance to that of a “giant, walking pickle.” A month later, she declared that her larger tummy gave the misleading impression that she just scarfed down some tasty Mexican fare.

The baby’s famous father is funnyman Jason Sudeikis, formerly of “Saturday Night Live.” Sudeikis has also starred in numerous well-known comedy films such as “Hall Pass” and “Horrible Bosses.”

Wilde and Sudeikis made their engagement public in January of 2013. That fall, they revealed that they were going to be the parents of an upcoming bundle of joy. They have been dating since November of 2011. The Hollywood couple has enjoyed a famously amorous relationship. Wilde once declared that they had sex as if they were “Kenyan marathon runners.”

Although young Otis is the first child for both Wilde and Sudeikis, both have been married before. Wilde married Italian musician and filmmaker Tao Ruspoli in June of 2003, at the tender age of 19 years-old. Their divorce went through 8 years later, in 2011. Sudeikis married actress Kay Cannon in June of 2004 after being together for five years. The couple split up in 2008. They were officially divorced in 2010.

Wilde last year confessed to Marie Claire magazine her eagerness to become a mother, even saying that she’s considering having as many as three youngsters in her home. Wilde and Sudeikis are undoubtedly elated to be beginning this new chapter of their lives.
