As the wedding of the year is now behind us, we can now officially say – George Clooney is a bachelor no more.
The actor has been delaying the ultimate commitment for quite a while, but now George has married the love of his life, a mesmerizingly beautiful lawyer Amal Alamuddin, in spectacular style.

The couple chose charmingly elegant Venice as the setting for the nuptials which had had all the glamour and style everyone expected from this handsome Hollywood A-lister.
The guest list included Bill Murray, Bono, Matt Damon, Cindy Crawford, Emily Blunt and Ellen Barkin, who embellished the event and added to the excitement.
The crew was chauffeured by waterboats through the canals of one of the most romantic cities of our time.
The pre-wedding party was held at the Belmond Cipriani Hotel, and was later moved on to the seven-star Aman Canal Grande where the lovebirds officially tied the knot in a romantic sunset ceremony.

Traditionally, each guest was given a framed wedding photo of the couple to take home, and the caption read:
“We’re both so glad you’re here. You’ve come a long way so we’ll make it worth the trip. Thanks for being here. It means the world to us.”
