Khloé Kardashian & Lamar Odom Divorce – ‘He Needs To Sign Papers And He Won’t’

The reality TV star, Khloé Kardashian, just can’t catch a break when it comes to finally and officially divorcing her estranged husband Lamar Odom.
She just wants to move on
Khloé filed for divorce almost a year ago and she’s doing her best to put an end to her marriage of four years, however she is facing another obstacle as she hasn’t been able to hear back from the disgraced basketball player.
“He needs to sign papers and he won’t. He disappears here and there and she can’t find him. She just wants to move on,” a source close to the Kardashian family told People magazine.
According to papers filed by a Los Angeles Superior Court Family judge, if the spouse cannot be located, as in Lamar’s case, or when they fail to respond to papers served to them within 90 days, Khloé can either file a Request to Enter a Default or a Request for Dismissal.
Make it work?
Lamar, on the other hand, has once stated he’s fighting for his wife. Just four months after they separated, the NBA player gave a candid interview in which he opened up about his mission to win Khloé back.
“I want to make it work with Khloé,” Lamar, who is now nowhere to be found, told In Touch.
The couple was rumored to have fallen apart due to Lamar’s drug addiction and reports of his infidelity.
