FKA Twigs – Robert Pattinson Is ‘The Man I Love’
Though FKA Twigs and Robert Pattinson tried to keep low-profile since they started dating about four months ago, it seems that the couple is getting pretty serious and vocal about their newfound happiness.
He’s Worth It
In a candid interview with The Guardian, the 26-year-old singer opened up about her feeling for the Twilight star and revealed how much Robert really means to her, as well as how much she hates all the intrusion by the press.
“I look uncomfortable because I am uncomfortable. But then it’s like, is this person in my life worth that? And he is without question… In comparison to how happy I am. And how I feel with him. It’s 100 per cent worth it,” the singer stated for the magazine.
“That side of my life (the paparazzi) is nothing to do with me. That’s, like, that is the… side of life of the man that I love. And… when that started happening I had to… Because that is the opposite of who I am as a person, and it was weird. Then I had to sit back and have a conversation with myself and I had to say, ‘This is something really horrible’. No, not horrible, I don’t find it horrible. It’s something very challenging,” Twigs admitted.
Art is Not for Everyone
The singer also talked about how she had to deal with a lot of criticism lately. The ‘fans’ had some racist comments about her new romance with Robert, but also went after her music.
“I hate her music. I hate her hair. I hate her production. I hate her videos. Fine: don’t care. That’s the great thing about art. It’s not for everyone. But when it comes to racism, really? In this day and age? Pick that?”
