Christina Ricci Is Pregnant with First Child

Amidst a flurry of rumors, Christina Ricci has finally stepped out to confirm that she is, in fact, pregnant with her first child! The rumors first began to circulate after the pale and beautiful actress was seen sporting what appeared to be a baby bump as she and James Heerdegen made their way through the Los Angeles International Airport in recent weeks. This will be the first child for James Heerdegen as well!

The 34 year old actress and her new man were able to hide their pregnancy news for quite awhile as Ricci’s sudden sizable baby bump will attest. Christina was even able to post a “selfie” on Instagram a few weeks back without anybody knowing. Well, there is no hiding it now! The celebrity actress seemed ecstatic to finally reveal the news to the world. No news as to the gender of the child has been released, but Ricci has been quick to speak about her love for her burgeoning family. On her husband, James, Ricci gushes that “He is my favorite person on Earth.” Now the happy couple, who have always managed to stay out of the limelight, are planning their life as a new family together.

The celebrity couple met on the set of “Pan Am”, a television show focused on airline stewardesses and the people that they meet, and ended up married last October after dating for a full two years. Christina has been most prominently known for her work with Tim Burton on the film “Sleepy Hollow” but has recently appeared in the made for television movie, “Lizzie Borden Took an Ax”. James has been working on sets all over Hollywood for years as a dolly grip and set assistant.

Christina currently has several films in development but will likely take a break to be with her child here soon.
