hris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow were one of Hollywood’s most stable couples for over a decade. With every smiling picture and attended event, they seemed in love. So when they split it was to the complete shock of fans around the world. Things aren’t over completely, however, as new information comes out that they are still living in their home together. This information came to light thanks to a restraining order that Gwyneth filed against a fan who has been constantly terrorizing the Academy Award winning actress. The document listed Gwyneth as “still living with partner”. This information just goes to show how different their break up has been in comparison to other Hollywood couples.

Since their official break up, the two celebrities have stayed in constant contact with each other. They have both attended events together, including Robert Downey Jr’s birthday party, and have even been seen holding hands and talking closely to one another. Their break up statement insisted that they still love each other completely but would not be able to reconcile the differences that they feel. They made sure to paint the emphasis on their break up as one focused on raising their children with an intact family dynamic.

So is it completely surprising that they are still living together? Not really. After all Gwyneth did mention that their break up would be more of a “conscious uncoupling”. The phrase means that they will take certain steps to end their relationship in the right way, devoid of drama, and with feelings of love and power still remaining when it is all said and done. A refreshing divorce, really, in light of most Hollywood break ups.
