Hayden Panettiere and Fiance Wladimir Klitschko Expecting First Child

It seems like they grow up before our eyes. Hayden Panettiere, once a young spitfire for the film “Remember The Titans”, is now pregnant and expecting her first child with Wladimir Klitschko, her boxing star fiance! Wladimir and Hayden have had an on and off relationship since meeting in 2009 when they spent two years together before splitting up. They eventually reunited back in 2013 and now it appears that they are happily making a family and future together.

News of Hayden’s pregnancy came via a source close to the young actress. Hayden and Wladimir, who is 38, have been engaged for the last year. During an interview with “Glamour”, back in early 2013, Hayden spoke candidly about wanting to start a family with her Ukrainian fiance. She says that she feels like she was “born to be a mother”. Hayden went on to say that she believes motherhood to be the most “beautiful and exciting thing” and that a child would never hold her back in life.

Though the child will be coming sooner than later, it appears that their marriage plans have taken a backseat. Hayden admitted to the press that she and Wladimir have put their plans to get married on hiatus due to the political upheaval in Ukraine, where Wladimir and brother Vitali are involved politically. Hayden was clearly disappointed by this decision but admitted that they have plenty of time to get things ironed out and official later on.

While 6’6” Wladimir Klitschko is busy in the Ukraine, the 5’0” even Hayden is ready to return for her third season on the hit television series “Nashville”. Since its premiere in 2012, “Nashville” has been a source of critical acclaim for the pixie sized bombshell. “Nashville” was picked up after the decision on whether to renew, or cancel, came down to the wire. The show will hit the small screen later in 2014.
