7) Sam Taylor-Johnson

Sam Taylor-Johnson, who is in currently in the spotlight as the director of the much anticipated 50 Shades of Grey movie, used to be Sam Taylor-Wood. But the director, who is in her mid-40’s, officially became a cougar on the set of the film Nowhere Boy, when she directed – and fell in love with – an actor in his mid-20’s at the time, Aaron Johnson, who might be best known for his role as the lead in the Kick-Ass movies. The two got hitched in 2012 and both took the surname “Taylor-Johnson.”

What’s more is that unlike a lot of cougars, who are just looking for sweet love with a younger man, Taylor-Johnson has two children with her much younger beau. But then again, Taylor-Johnson is someone who knows first-hand just how short and precious life can be. In the early 2000s, she was diagnosed with and beat colon cancer. Years later, she beat breast cancer. We think that when she met Aaron Johnson, she knew exactly what she wanted and didn’t want to let someone like that get away.
