In the midst of Bieber fever, Justin was rumored to have been dating fellow singer, Jessica Jarrell. They were seen hugging and holding hands onstage, especially when singing songs that lent themselves to it . . . like “Overboard.” They have both denied dating, claiming they were just BFFs. In a December 2013 interview on PopStopTV Jessica says their friendship goes way back to when they were young. She says of Justin, “He’s an amazing person.”
