Prince Harry is Single Again!

Prince William has clearly been lucky in love, having discovered the gorgeous Kate Middleton at a young age, but the same cannot be said for his brother, Prince Harry. The prince recently broke up with Cressida Bonas, his girlfriend of two years. Prior to this surprising split, the two had been pegged for the next big royal wedding, with rumors of the couple’s engagement floating around Facebook and Twitter. Unfortunately, these rumors were far from true, for instead of delivering a beautiful engagement ring, Prince Harry decided to end his relationship for good.

This news is all the more shocking in light of Harry and Cressida’s recent public appearances. After dating in secret for two years, the two were finally seen together at a Wembley Arena charity event. They were partaking in some very obvious PDA, attracting paparazzi attention with constant kissing and hugging. This public outing took place only a month before reports of their breakup surfaced, leaving the public wondering what in the world went wrong.

Adding to the interest of this breakup, of course, is the confusion surrounding Prince Harry’s upcoming reality show. While the prince isn’t actually starring in this series, a number of women are lead to believe that they are competing for a place in his heart. The Fox reality series, dubbed “I Wanna Marry Harry,” is rather similar to “Joe Millionaire,” which first launched the reality genre into popularity a decade ago. The show was first announced when the public still believed that Prince Harry and Cressida Bonas were still an item; in light of their split, maybe an actual reality television show would be the best way for the prince to move on from his current heartbreak!
