Selena Gomez Dating Niall Horan: Taylor Swift Reportedly Set Them Up!

Taylor Swift is playing the part of Hollywood matchmaker! The young singer reached out to One Direction star Niall Horan to try and hook him up with Selena Gomez. Gomez is coming off a dramatic and very public breakup with her embattled ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber. Taylor put the two young celebrities in communication with each other and then helped them set up a date during a Katy Perry “Prismatic” concert in London!

If this all sounds familiar to you, it is because it has happened before – minus the Katy Perry show. Selena and Niall briefly hooked up last February when Taylor tried to make them happen as a couple. The romance was shortlived as Selena got back with Justin and Niall went on his own way. Now Justin is gone again and Niall is ready for a second try! Taylor is reportedly doing everything she can to keep Selena from going back to Justin!

According to sources close to the celebrity superstars, Selena and Niall had an incredible time together on their recent string of dates. People even saw Selena and Niall making out at one point! This is probably going to be the last shot that Niall and Selena have together because, quite frankly, if Selena goes back to Justin again we don’t think that Niall will wait around.

It’s nice to see that Taylor is trying to watch out for her good friend, Selena, but we can only wonder if she is coming on too strong in the wake of such a dramatic break up. Taylor calls Selena’s romance with Justin an “addiction” and one that she has to break! Niall seems like just the right kind of nice guy to make her forget about her bad boy ex-boyfriend. Only time can tell what direction their relationship is heading in!
