Sofia Vergara‘s former fiancé, Nick Loeb, appears to be stoically taking the new development in his ex’s love life.

Namely, Nick has congratulated Sofia on her engagement to her relatively fresh partner, Joe Manganiello, and the wealthy businessman claims to be delighted for his ex.

“She is beautiful and majestic and therefore to be loved. Beyond all else in life she deserves happiness, the kind that only true love can bring,” Loeb, who broke off this engagement to Sofia in May, stated for Us Weekly.

Sofia and the True Blood star have started dating shortly after Loeb was out of the picture.

Joe actually popped the question at Christmas while the two were on their holiday with both their families in Hawaii. An insider came forward with a juicy story for E! News saying:
