Sofia Vergara’s Sweet Birthday Message For Joe Manganiello

Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello have definitely become one of the hottest and most loved Hollywood couples of 2014, and even though the 42-year-old actress began the year with a split from her fiancé Nick Loeb, the star is ending the year very much in love.

Sofia and Joe first met back in May when they both attended the White House Correspondents Dinner, however, at that time Sofia was still engaged to Nick Loeb, thus Joe didn’t make any moves, as he proven himself to be a true gentlemen.

“We had talked, I guess, or kinda bumped into each other but we didn’t start dating until she was single. She had a boyfriend at that time, so I probably could’ve gotten into a fight for doing that. I’m not trying to start a fight at the White House,” joked Joe in his interview for E!News.

Nevertheless, it seems that Loeb did notice something fishy was going on and decided to break off their almost 2-year-long engagement only a few days later. However, Sofia stated something completely different as the official cause of their split.

“We have been having too many problems with having to figure out how to spend time together,” Sofia told in an interview. “And because of my work and now his, it’s been getting worse and worse, not fun anymore. We are still very close. But we believe this is the best thing for us right now.”

Sofia and Joe didn’t wait for too long and went public with their relationship in June. “I’m very happy romantically,” the actress told People magazine. “It couldn’t be better!”
