Taylor Swift’s Boyfriend Conditions: “They Have To Be Hot, Like Leading Man Hot”

Pop superstar Taylor Swift is a woman who knows what she wants out of her potential dating partners. While the bubbly blonde has dated a range of famous faces from crooner John Mayer to actor Jake Gyllenhaal, she’s currently single and ready to mingle. Her experience in dating seems to have taught her a lot about what she wants out of a man.

She’s more selective than ever about possible dates. According to an insider, Swift’s on the lookout for a guy who is “like leading man hot.” Average Joes need not apply. Might we see Swift happily locked arm in arm with Ryan Gosling, Robert Pattinson, Bradley Cooper, Leonardo DiCaprio, Chris Pine or Michael Fassbender in the near future, maybe?

Not only is she looking for a man with a flawlessly pretty visage, but she’s also searching for someone who has a successful career — one that’s comparable to hers. With her international fame and seemingly endless string of top hits and albums, that surely isn’t going to be the easiest thing to accomplish, however. Swift has a couple of dating requirements that are totally unrelated to status and physical appearance, too. She wants to date a man who gets along well with his family, although not to an excessive degree.

She wants to stay away from mama’s boys, to be specific. Last but not least, she covets a man with brains on his side. If he’s multilingual and capable of speaking no fewer than two tongues, then he might have a good shot at dating her. Dating isn’t easy, whether you’re a celebrity or not. If Swift dates a successful, gorgeous man and things go south, we might just hear the results of the breakup in a catchy, confessional tune penned and performed by Swift.

While these kinds of emotional tunes might indeed be engaging to Swift’s vast audience, they’re surely not too fun for the singer herself. Either way, we wish Swift the best of luck in finding the superhot guy of her dreams.
