Tiger Woods Double Dates With His Ex-Wife

While many people find it somewhat awkward and uncomfortable to be around their exes and their new partners, professional golfing superstar Tiger Woods doesn’t seem to have a big problem with it. He even goes on double dates with his ex-wife Elin Nordegren and her new love Chris Cline, a wealthy mining magnate.

Woods is currently in a relationship with ski racer Lindsey Vonn, a pretty blonde just like his Swedish-born model ex. Woods and Vonn made news of their relationship public in March of 2013. Like Woods, Vonn is divorced. She was married to skier Thomas Vonn from 2007 to 2011.

Sources in Florida have spotted Woods, Vonn, Nordegren and Kline on outings together at the Seminole Club. They’re even thought to go on trips together. Not only do they all spend time together on double dates and group trips, but Nordegren and Vonn have actually established a tight bond. Nordegren adores Vonn and appreciates that she’s a tough lady. As friends, they chat to each other frequently, too, often over drinks.

Woods’ split from former model Nordegren was notoriously messy — and public. The public discovered in 2009 that Woods, who formerly had a squeaky clean image, was actually a serial cheater. This brought upon his 2010 divorce from Nordegren. While the two share a messy past, they seem to have let things go for the sake of their children, son Charlie and daughter Sam.

They both being in happy relationships doesn’t seem to hurt matters, either. Nordegren’s relationship with Cline became public knowledge around the same time Woods started dating Vonn — in March of 2013. Nordegren met Cline because they’re neighbors. As a coal entrepreneur, Cline is a billionaire who has even more bucks to his name than Nordegren’s golf legend ex-husband — no easy feat.

Fans of Woods are surely delighted to see a positive ending to the whole situation. Since the golfer’s cheating made such big headlines, it at one point seemed hard to picture Nordegren ever forgiving him. With all of these new reports, however, there’s a strong chance that the pair are now totally cool with each other.
